Leeds' restaurants were celebrated after the third annual Leeds Restaurant Awards held at the Queens Hotel on Wednesday 14th November 2007. The awards ceremony recognised the talent and dedication behind the city's growing reputation as the culinary capital of the north. The awards were organized by Leeds Restaurant Association in conjunction with The Leeds Guide and LaDolca Italia. This follows the success of the Leeds Food & Drink Festival, which saw the city overtaken with foodie-mania earlier in the summer.
Awards were decided by a combination of public votes and anonymous visits from an independent judging panel. Winners are as follows:
